We completely get it, we change our minds too! Once an order is placed, we require 48 hours notice to cancel and guarantee a full refund or credit to the account.

We require 72 hours notice (before 10am) to guarantee delivery. Delivery is made from 9am to 2pm.

At Rosie's Rise, we take pride in our baked goods. If you are unsatisfied with your baked good, we require that you please let us know about the issue within 24 hours of receiving it. All refunds will be given via an online bank transfer to the account used to pay.

Refunds are processed within 7 days.
