Cinnamon Scrolls

This is where the sweeter side of Rosie's Rise began, with the sourdough cinnamon scroll.

This classic pastry is made by fermenting an enriched dough and rolling it up with a brown sugar and cinnamon, pecan or coconut filling.

When baked, this crystallizes the sugar and pushes the fluffy dough upward.

Finally, we top it with a cream cheese icing.

Warm briefly in the microwave and devour with a  bitter coffee.
